NURON After School Tech Academy helps students build a strong foundation in technology through technical vocabulary, computing concepts, problem solving, teamwork, and hands on learning.

Students learn important concepts such as algorithms, commands, sequencing, debugging, input, output, data, and loops. Sessions are designed to introduce these concepts clearly and reinforce them through repetition, discussion, games, challenges, and practical activities.

Choose One, Two, or All Three Days

Families may select Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, or any combination of days that works for their schedule.

For the strongest learning experience, we recommend attending at least two days per week. Repeated exposure helps students retain new vocabulary, strengthen their understanding, and confidently explain and apply the concepts they are learning.

What Students Will Learn

Our primary goal is for students to understand the language and foundational concepts of technology, not simply memorize definitions.

One parent shared that her six year old came home asking, “Do you know what an algorithm is?” before confidently explaining the definition herself. This is the type of understanding and confidence NURON is designed to develop.

Each 90 minute session includes structured technology instruction, vocabulary reinforcement, problem solving, team activities, light homework support, active play, and confidence building.

As students progress, they may also apply what they are learning through coding, robotics, website development, and other technology projects.

Thursdays, 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM

August 3 through October 6, 2026

Each selected day includes 9 scheduled sessions. Families enrolling for multiple days should add each preferred day to their cart separately.

NURON follows the Al Falah Academy school calendar and does not meet on school holidays, breaks, teacher work days, or asynchronous digital learning days.
